Enable the feature "Add clipboard as attachment" when creating a ticket

Some users are demanding to have in SMA-SM the same feature that they currently have in SM 9.62.

When they are creating a new incident/support request, the interface offers them the possibility to paste the clipboard content, and it is automatically attached to their request.

Can this feature be enabled for SMA-SM?
