Give one more channel to End Users to open a Request

SEPARATE FROM *WHAT* THE IDEA IS ABOUT, DO YOU HAVE THOUGHTS ON *HOW* IS COULD BE DESIGNED?

End User can initiate a conversation through Skype for Business just typing "ServiceDesk" or "ServiceDesk@companyname.com"  in Skype for Business search box

Conversation have to be stored in the Discussion

  • In addition we have customers that wants Skype for Business CTI integration with SMAX (Live Support). When answering a Skype Call on your computer, SMAX will open Live Support with the Caller already filled in using the availabele CTI integration.
