We would like to have an Enhancement on the Agent chat feature to include the following feature:
- chat from mobile app
- alert or notification for chat
- automated greeting msg once chat accepted from agent
- alert for added agent to chat and no status of the agents for chat as busy or available
As currently the use case of chatting is not practical and going forward with pushing people to use mobile app and self services portal it should provide easy and secure way of communicating.
As what is currently delivered in the chat feature doesn't include the online status of users
