Escalation duration time for each Support Group

Hi we would want to have a Support Group time per group, right now all Support Group Tier 2 shared the same amount of escalation duration time, what we would want is to have a separate escalation time for each group.



And also be able to stop the escalation duration time, if the status is changed to Pending end user / Suspended.
