We have noticed that when inbound email is being used to generate requests, the email and subsequent email replies are attached to the request. The information is also scraped from the email into the request.
This seems to be duplication of data. I foresee issues with huge numbers of attachments. Current import of tenants into SMAX appears to slow down with increasing number of attachments so I think there needs to be a flag on inbound email to stop attachments if necessary.
