Have Initial Review, Resolution as Target Type when defining a SLT for OLA

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? (WHEN USED, BY WHICH ROLE, FOR WHAT BENEFIT)

Vendors are measured and have different penalities for Initial Review and Resolution

SEPARATE FROM *WHAT* THE IDEA IS ABOUT, DO YOU HAVE THOUGHTS ON *HOW* IS COULD BE DESIGNED?

Very similar as whet we have in Service Manager
