When open new incident by smart email,
If the message contains the "<" characters, it is not written into the ticket.
when the email message contains the "<" characters, like <abc>
<abc> message will be cut and will not be displayed in the incident record .
I know it is work as designed.
str = str.replace(/<[^>]*>/gm, "");
Many customers use "<" characters in smart email.
please review the design again.
