If an operator does not have access to any change models, it should not show any model

If an operator does not have access to any change models, it should not show any model instead of showing all models like it does oob.

  • the current design is if there is no item in the "Allowed Categories" in security right setting, it means the user have access to all the categories.

    If you want to customize access to change model, you can refer to "Change Settings" -> Change Model Restriction Script Function

  • Creating a  new changes opens a list with all change models available to the current operator based on his security role and the security roles listed on the change model.
    However if there are no change models available to the operator becasue his security role does not allow access to any change model, the system shows the full list of change models.
