In Self-service portal under "your request" view is not getting Auto refreshed

In Self-service portal under "your request" view is not getting Auto refreshed when there is a change in the ticket

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Customer raises a ticket via Self Service Portal

Step 2: Customer Opens the ticket and check the status of the Ticket in “Your Request” and checks the Phase of the ticket to be in “Classification” Phase

Step 3: Agent opens the same ticket and assigns the ticket to himself (Change of Phase from Classify to Fulfillment/First Line Support)

- Customer stills sees the ticket in Classification Phase ( Unless he logs out and logs in again or refreshes the Page / goes to previous page and returns to the ticket)

i.e Dynamic Refreshing of forms are not happening
