We are working on smax mobility implementation for China Enterprise customer, the customer wants to intergrate their Partner App with our SMAX Service portal to fulfill below scenarios:
1. All employee can logon on Service portal without inputting username/password, suppose all these users already get identified by Partner App, so the user can be mapped to Poral user relevantly, there is no extra authentication
2. the user should be able to access Service Catalog and Virtual Agent in the situation
3. there is no extra mobile app(SMAX app) installed in cellphone/pad
there is a commond requirement for China domestic customers, coz there are some function limitations our native SMAX App, they prefer to intergrate with Service Portal(Resposive UI) in their own APP(with ID management features) like Enterprise Wechat .
As far as we know , Wechat is using X5 instead of Google default webview for Android platforms, so we do need to support X5 to embed our service portal.
