Log-in screen should have a "forgot password link" on the web client to reset an operator's password

In classic SM, the Service Manager (SM) web client does not have an option that allows users to reset their own password when they forget it. Instead, an email must be sent to the operator's email address with a new password, which forces the operator to type in a new password to log into the web client.
