Make the results when browsing Categories in Mobile App more consistent with the Portal experience.

No Knowledge articles are shown when clicking on a Category tile in the Mobile App. This is different and unexpected/inconsistent behaviour for End Users use to using the Portal via a web browser.

As it stands, the "Categories" tab in the Mobile App is really an " Browse Offerings" function as it it limited to Offerings.

The articles are available in the Search, so it appears the majority of the functionality is in place to retrieve and display Articles via the adhoc searching, but consistency between the Category browsing from the 2 end user experiences is needed. 

  • Yeah - this has been one of my complaints about the mobile app since the beginning. I'm not even clear if this was intentional behaviour, but it's obviously desirable to have that experience be the same otherwise users assume there is something wrong with the app.
