Mass Update Role/Restriction

For Incident Management - Have Mass Update feature/transition only available to a particular role and then that role can be assigned to a particular group/s.  This is a powerful transition that could be used incorrectly.  A large group of tickets could be closed by accident with no way to re-open them.

  • We completely agree with this requirement. Mass update is too powerful to be granted to everyone without restriction.

    Ideally we would like to have the option to Mass Update as part of a module check box on a role.

    all it would need to do is prevent the UI showing the mass update fields when more than one ticket is selected if the user does not have the role granting them permission.
