Mobile virtual agent to answer questions from end users with knowledge, similar to SMA-SM Portal

We have our SMA-SM portal configured such that when the "Virtual Agent" is used, a knowledge search is performed to display suggested solutions to the end user.

At present we are advised that the capability to answer questions from end users with information from the knowledge base is not present in the mobile app.

The current mobile app behavior is to present users with a view of the service catalog or suggested offerings from the catalog.

This idea is to request that the capability to answer questions from end users with information from the knowledge base is added to the mobile app to provide a consistent user experience when this behavior is configured in the SMA-SM portal.
