no checked items when opening lists in SMAX

In the agent interface whenever I go to the approvals or tasks, the first item on the top of the list is already checked. Now to open another item, it doesn't matter. However, I like to work with the quick editing capability. Hence, I just check the box and approve or validate on the right quick view screen. I usually need the last item of the list or one in between. I open the list, scroll down, check the item and then on the right panel I see that two records are selected. So I need to scroll back up, uncheck the first item which is checked by default and then I can make my changes. Just wondered, whether it is possible to remove this default checked item.

  • Hi  - please elaborate on this. Where are you accessing the dropdown - as an agent?
