Notifications Management

Ability to manage notifications by tenant:

- Send Notifications and their status

- Resend notifications

-Clear notifications queue

Manage send/do not send by user role.

  • * Ability/Feature to track the notification sent to end users.
    * Mechanism to track notification delivery status.
    * Ability to re-send the failed notifications?
    * Ability to Compose new notification and send it to EndUser through SMAX Notification Name.

    Could you please accommodate the points stated above?

  • Thank you for sharing your idea! It’s open for comments and kudos, and we’re looking forward to input from the community. Once there is enough community traction, it will be further reviewed by the product team.

  • There is no way in SMAX to check if a notification was send via e-mail and if it was delivered. We have to use a third party mail relay to see the notifications send to customers and their status.

    In the case of failure delivering the email, we should be able to resend the message.

    In case there is a problem with the SMTP server it should be possible to see the email messages in queue and to discard those if needed.
