Offering field on Live Support are always being displayed in the same Language

Dear Colleague,

We have the following requeriment:

Syptom:
Agent User with Spanish Language.
Offerings created in English and localizaded into Spanish, English and French.
Creating new service support request from "Live Support" feature, the offering field lists all offerings in language created (English in our case).

Requirement:

Offering field should be displayed into agent's language preferences for create a new request record thought interface agent portal.

    The live support entity picker does not support dynamically picking up list per profiled language.  The design rationale *may* have been that agent,s often support global areas, and it's hard to tell the language per his/her locale or per the end user who is calling for support should be offered. In your case, do agents only ever work in one language? Thanks
