Possibility to have certain Support Requests in SMAX only visible to specified assignment groups

We would like to have the possibility to have certain Support Requests in SMAX only visible to specified assignment groups in the Agent Interface.

The business case is as follows:

A member of a particular team is allowed to submit a request (which is only visible for this team). This request needs only to be visible (and editable) for a specific work group (for instance IT Security department) in the Agent Interface of SMAX.

Setting the audience and public audience to show/hide the request in the Service Portal doesn't lead to a suitable solution to have requests only visible to specific work groups in the Agent Interface.
