Possibility to hide/disable the "Create a standard support request" button when using Max

When enabling the Smart virtual agent (Max) it is not possible to disable or hide the button "Create a standard support request" as you can for the oldVirtual agent. 
When using the old virtual agent the button will be hidden if we set the Service Portal Setting "Request offering on Self-Service Portal request " to MANDATORY, and do not have a Default Offering.

We need the possibility to hide this button also when using Max.
Without this possibility, customers that do not want to offer standard support request cannot enable Max.
