Possibility to remove “How is this affecting you” from service portal

In service requests, normally we don’t use the Urgency field, called “How is this affecting you” in the portal. Still this field is visible when you look at you requests in the portal. This is very confusing for the end users.

We need functionality to be able to remove this field from the portal, fx based on offering.
