We are planning to upgrade SMA-SM Portal from 2018.11 to 2019.08. As we know there is no direct path to upgrade, we followed the migration steps given on: https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Service_Management_Automation_-_SM:2019.08/MigrateFromSMASM.
However, these steps do not mention anything about the PostgreSQL DB used by CDF and the Suite.
We would like to know what happens to the DB? How do we migrate the data from the Old PostgreSQL for 2018.11 to the that of 2019.08?
We also referred to a relative post on this, but it does not have any answer to the query we have.
