Rule to hide field "Mark as resolved" in the selv service portal

I would like  possibility  to make a rule hiding the field "Mark as resolved" from the self serivce portal if the request is in phase Accept. Some users use "mark as resolved" instead of accepting or rejecting the solution, resulting in a lot of abandoned requests.
