Service & Application: add new fields

On the Application we have a "Business environment" section with 2 fields.

Several customers told me that they need to manage additional information to describe an application or a service :

-Criticality (list of value)

-Notoriety impact (list of value)

-Maximum time out (duration)

-Confidentiality level / Sensitive data managed (list of value)

-Expected availability

These fields are used for the request and incident management. According the value the priority calculation or the SLA can be updated.
