Service Level Agreements on Tasks

Hi All,

We have several customers (in production) or doing POCs sessions, where they are asking about SLA module on tasks (overall OLA-SLT Definitions). As you know, this module is only for service/support/HHRR requests, incidents or ad-hoc applications.


Include the SLA module for approval and manual task. There is no sense for automatic tasks.
