Service Manager - Possibility of autosave feature in tickets of technical portal

Our users are requesting us to have an autosave feature in the tickets managed in the technical portal ( The idea is to have an autosave function every X minutes for pending comments in the different tickets that technicians manage (interactions, changes, incidents, problems, etc).
The entities to be autosaved could be configured in the administration section and also the number of minutes to perform the autosave.
The Benefit of this feature is to avoid losing information when a timeout is reached and the user has information pending to be saved.
