Service portal: Add sub categorie filter more prominent in feautred service offering list

When a enduser is entering a categorie, he already gets a huge amount of service/support offerings and articles in the feature list. In this list there is no possibility shown to set additional filters. He needs to do another click, e.g. on offerings, to get the filter option.

What we would need: The sub categorie filter (service definitions) in the featured list.

    thanks for your feedback. It seems to go in the correct directions.

    That's the layout we were thinking of.

    But in addition we would like to add more filter criteria. The category/service definition is just one filter criteria. Another could be the type (service offering, support offering, article). Perfect would be that we can also add every customer specific field of the service and support offering. For example we would like to add the following fields:

    - department for the department, which is delivering the service and support offering

    - a special tag for offerings for new employees

    - a special tag for offerings for external employees
