Service Portal Administrator - Manage End-User Records and Actions and perform actions

It is necessary one "admin" user (or admin page) on service portal where he is able to find/manage any record in the service portal (manage other request/approval records).


Find approvals and request by end user, Approve/denied approvals, do record actions, delete records.

    Hi   is this to "act on behalf of" another user for approvals and request actions? You may want to add more of the use case/why behind this idea to help flesh out the scenarios. Is the end user not logging in to do the approval, or are you cleaning up records entered during a POC, etc. Delete records. is not possible via the portal - what is the use case /scenario for this one?
