The Service Portal Mobile App needs the ability for "Key Value Pair" (KVP) to set values in the mobile app. One example would be the Activation URL.
For customers that have the camera disabled because of security policies, the QR code is not applicable. When the mobile app is loaded into an on-premise/private store (e.g. Google Play Store), the customer mobility team would be able to pre-configure activation url(s) instead of having users have to enter them manually.
