Requesting to have a service portal status aligned with Service manager status as it's confusing the customers when have 2 diffirent status per single request/incident

Example :raise an incident in service portal will be categorize in service manager and fulfilled in service portal which doesn't make any sense to customers and cause conflicts and miss understanding about the actual status of a particular request
