  • Show or hide chat button based on certain roles
    1. User Story: As a user with special privileges (based on defined user roles) I want to initiate the conversation to a live IT support agent when I need to escalate so that I am able to chat with the IT support agent and get the right support.
    2. User Role: VIPs
    3. Requirement: Ability to configure in user role to show or hide chat button.  The product only allow you to enable or disable the chat button for all users
    4. Benefit: Allow you to control who can initiate chat with IT support agent for VIP users
    5. Value: Ensure that VIP users get a better user experience
    6. Detailed Description: When defining the user role within SM, there should be a capability word to enable or disable the chat button.
