Show time to next contact in End user Portal (based on SLA)

It would be valuable for the end user in the "Your Requests" section of the Service Portal to have an estimated time for the first (or next) contact based on the SLA. I believe this is easy to implement and is directly related with enhancing the End user experience.

In the attached image, it would be nice to have this information right below the request creation time highlighted in yellow. What do you think?
