Dear, we need to enable the request module in the mobile client.
Our support technicians use the mobile client and in each service they update the status of the ticket so that our SLAs do not expire.
Currently we can update the states of the incidents but the request module is not enabled for the mobile client, this situation affected us directly in the response and resolution times. Please, we need support to enable the request module. The SM version is 9.60 OOB and mobile client 9.60 OOB.
