At the moment it is not possible to change the displayed textparts in the Service Portal freely.
For example: "Create a standard support request".
You can reach this if you click the "Virtual Agent" and type anything in the following fied, another field appears with the possibillity to open a new request.
But this is only an example. In principle it is about all textparts which are simply hard given by the system. Here we should have the possibility to adapt textparts according to the customer.
