SMA-X: Live Support does not show company of user right away

Company of user selected in Live Support not visible.
There is no possibility to enhance the Hover Information with additional information. The top bar shows currently the email address and the location of the user only (there would be space for more meaningful information).

  • Hi  - the top bar is reserved for information for contacting the user, and the hover pop-up iisn't configurable, however as a work-around to that you may be able to use the the “Description” field on the Person entity. The description field shows in the popup, and you can decide what to store in that field. It can also be a concatenation of multiple fields with a business rule.

    I've left this one open for votes, but hopefull the work-around helps in the meantime. I do know of other customers that used it in that way.
