SMAX Change Mgt Downtime/Outage to OMI downtime/event/incident creation suppression

We have a customer on Service Manager and OMi, evaluating SMAX. In SM, if a change has downtime/outage times and Configuration Items specified, that information is synced to UCMDB/RTSM using integration jobs configured in UCMDB and SM. OMi will reference that downtime/outage information to suppress alerts (and prevent opening incidents from alerts) on those Configuration Items during the downtime/outage period.

The current SMAX-OMi integration allows creation/update of incidents from alerts, but does not integrate the downtime/outage data from SMAX changes to UCMDB/RTSM. The UCMDB job is specific to SM and would require rework to get the data from SMAX.

Adding this feature to the integration would provide a comparable/missing feature to SMAX/OMi/UCMDB that would be relevant to customers interested in moving to SMAX.
