I saw so many customers in my regions heavily using whatsapp for business to communicate, while i can rarely see ppl collaborate on MSteams, slack or mattermost !. My idea, if we can add WhatsApp as a communication channel with SMAX and ChatOps.
Example #1: Customer can submit incidents/SR directly through WhatsApp.
Example #2: Operations team, Create war rooms and enable ops team to collaborate through WhatsApp, powered by our chatbots.
I believe we will be the only SM vendor who provide such a capability. It will be also a great selling point in my region as well...
