SMAX Idea - Possibility to add attachments to mobile application (Service Portal Mobile App)

I think this is very important.

Users can't see attachments from mobile applications.  If some agent attach important information to a ticket, mobile phone users will not see it so this is critical for a lot of clients.

Most of users are using mobile phone App now... so... please think on improve this.

  • In this new age of digital device, such feature should not be absent from mobile devices.

    Also check every mobile feature should work in consistent way in android and ios

  • I agree with all. It is very important for all SMAX and SMA-SM users. They should be able to see the attachement provided by the agents and of course be able to give back details with attachments and also utilize the features of smart ticketing with attachment added in the initial request registration. This is a solid business case for every type of end user and in any industry.

  • This is also needed by our customers. And they would like to be able to enable "smart-ticket" /add picture/attachment to any request in the mobile app without the need of adding the "New Request" button on top in the ribbon. It should be possible to add such functionality to the mobile app without the need of adding the button in web browser. 

    The reason they don't want the "New request" button available in browser is that the button does not consider if the Service Portal setting if required use of offering is set to Mandatory. The request is created with no offering.


  • This is needed for SMA-SM users too
