SMAX Mobile - Create a package with iOS Shortcuts to open/close tickets in SMAX from Siri

Please, create automated shortcuts to be imported to "Shortcuts App" in iOS devices, so people using the "Service Portal App" could be able to do actions in the app from Siri's conversation. People more frequently uses "Hello Siri" to do actions from mobile directly, or from products like "Google Home". 

Apple lets app owners create automated shortcuts to be imported directly from "Shortcuts App". It could be a very good improvement as a differentiator from competitors.

Use case description:

Peter (One SMAX end-user of iOS mobile App says): "Hello Siri, please can you open a ticket? 

Siri answer: "Please, tell me what is the description to open the new Ticket"

Peter answer"I can't connect to office 365, I have a single sign-on error!"

Siri answer:  "Ok, the ticket with the description "I can't connect to office 365, I have a single sign-on error!" has been created.
