SMAX Mobile interface for agents

We would to sell SMAX to a customer which needs mobile user interface for agents. The customer has agents supporting several locations and they are traveling all the time and they need to see , accept, update, move ticket to another agent and resolve requests, incidents or tasks by a mobile application.

I am afraid this functionality is not available for SMAX. Is possible to have such mobile client for agents?
