SMAX ON-Call SCHEDULE - Add e-mail notification when a Technician Starts and ends his\her on-call

SMAX On-Call Schedule  enhancement request. Would like the ability to have the system send out an e-mail notification based on the on-call roation that would notifiy the tech when his\her on-call starts and ends. 

Notifications are an important part of what we do within SMAX, and its essential for every TECH to know when their on-call responsibilities start and end.
