<SMAX> To open ticket via email integration when attachment is more than 2M

Customer is using email integration to open tickets in SMAX.

When the email including attachments is more than 2M, it is not able to open ticket.

Error notification as below is sent to end user.


Is it possible to allow customer to configure the limitation of email size?
