Enable the basic Functionality of Having a Consolidated View for Support users of Agent Interface in SMAX to have:
- MY Group TO DO List
- MY TO DO List
This should include all tickets "Changes, Requests, Incidents, Problems, Tasks, ...etc" assigned to Group or member.
now Support Need to go to each and every module and check the tickets assigned or create custom report per module for each team and land them on the dashboard. there should be a consolidated view exactly like the one in place now for tasks
i suggest to have a. new tab called "Me & My Group" beside Dashboard, Tasks and Approvals
This should not be an idea for vote, this is a the most basic fundamental use case of SMAX back end interface.
