Subcategories view in SMA Service portal

Subcategories are showing as filters and all the items are by default showing under the main root category which is very confusing for the customer and doesn't help customers to organize or customize service catalog and the idea is as the root categories are showing as boxes then subcategories should have the ability to have the same look and feel and  you press on the  root category box and then it shows several other subcategories as boxes so it  can have the drill down look and feel which is the main intension of catalog layout 


  • Actually this is a frequest request from our customers how depend on thier service catalog where it contains many items as services and support requests.

    customer trying to minize scroll dowm times to view all items in the catalog so it will speed up the process and enhnace customer experience
