Unable to Edit Form (Title & Description) in Service Portal

We are not able to fully edit the submit request form in Service Portal, which we are using for raising end user interaction tickets. Currently, Title and Description fields are not appearing for edit. We want to change "Order Name" as "Title" and "Purpose of Ordering" to "Incident Description". We are not finding this option in Service Portal Administration Login as well.



  • From 2019.02, we allow customer to customize check out panel. By leveraging the SRC tailoring in Service Manager, you can define the fields (including labels) to be displayed in the service portal checkout form. Meanwhile from 201902 the two fields' labels have been updated to "Title" and "Description" in OOB.
