Require ability for SMAX Service Portal users to view dashboards configured within the agent, without consuming a concurrent or named license. If user wishes to drill down and access has been given, an agent portal will be launched and concurrent/named license consumed.
End Users, Process Owners, and Leadership teams require access to real-time SMAX data for business objectives around: Incident escalations, service level agreements/objectives, resource allocations, change management, and trending.
With current design and direction of SMAX Service Portal being the one centralized location for all employee inquiries into IT, the need for ‘Dashboards’ is even greater. Some Competitors currently offer this feature within their Service Portal.
