When submitting a solution to a request the resolved by name is not visible to the end user either in the portal or the e-mail template. We want the possibility to view the name like it is in "Discussion".

     can you tell us more about the use case? Is this for all requests, or certain types? Why does the end user need to know who fulfilled or resolved the request? Thanks
