For all the standard and conversational requests logged via Virtual Agent (MAX) create a functionality to automatic pop-up on the assigned group members, constantly monitoring the queue is time-consuming for most service desk agents.

 

The functionality should only change the chat status from pending once a agent from the assigned group replied.
