Visibility Condition for buttons of manual transitions

The previous condition on phase transitions has so far only a validation rule at the time of the button click as a consequence.
If the validation rule is negative, the users do not know exactly why (only that the condition, which is unknown to the user, does not apply to him/her), whether they can do something about it and, moreover, all previously unsaved changes are for nothing, because you can only do something again by reloading the screen or jumping out of the ticket.

To avoid such irritations in principle, it should be possible to decide in the studio whether the button is visible to the user at all or not if the condition is not met.

  • I'm not sure how much more community traction is needed with 46 votes, but this is needed.  I'm willing to bet this has been an ongoing want even if this Idea Exchange is was only submitted 4 months ago.

I constantly get bombarded with questions about the transitions being Greyed out or there's a condition on a manual condition that isn't met and someone has to cancel.  It's my understanding that deleting OOB phases and transitions isn't recommended.  So I put in "false &&" to block transitions, but they're still visible and clickable.

The lack of this feature is right up there with the "contains" search.
