This is a really crazy idea. When errors refer users to the Troubleshooting Guide, have an entry for that error in the Troubleshooting Guide. Perhaps I ask for too much, or maybe it's because I have hundreds of hours to troubleshoot and install software that should run the first time. Or we can get really nutty and have the installer script tell the user what's actually wrong and how to fix it, and wait for it, rollback the installation so the user doesn't have to uninstall and reboot the server. I know, I know, crazy talk, it's not like Micro Focus has real developers, right?
