“Sync” option in people table in SMAX is disabled

Dear Team,

I have deleted one user id from BO portal and i am trying the sync Users from Service portal with Tenant admin having Tenant Admin Role but i am getting Sync option in people table as disabled and because of this i am not able login with User id which was deleted from BO portal. I am getting below error 

HTTP Status 500 - {"httpStatus" :500,"message":"The 1112839  has not passed in sync for tenant 23******5.Pleaseconatct the tenant administrator.Error:unknown"}

so can you please tell me how to enable Sync option and even delete option is also disable.
